My
Story
I’ve been obsessed with burgers for as long as I can remember. What started as a childhood favorite turned into a craft in middle school, when I began learning how to make them myself. Since then, I’ve been constantly refining my technique, dialing in the grind, the sear, the bun, and every detail that makes a burger memorable.
Nino Burger began as a way to support myself in college, covering tuition, rent, and everyday expenses. I started cooking for friends, family, and my local community, and the response made me realize this was more than just a side hustle. It was a way to share something I genuinely love with people.
Food has always been part of my life. My family ran a bakery in Menomonee Falls, and being around that environment showed me how powerful good food can be in bringing people together. That influence carries into everything I do today.
My goal is to grow Nino Burger into something lasting a brand built on passion, consistency, and great burgers. At the end of the day, I just want to make the best burgers possible and share them with as many people as I can.
